We will provide you with first article samples for your inspection along with our first article inspection report and we will not manufacture until we have your complete sample approval. Once we have manufactured your order, we will then send you shipping samples for approval, once approved we will ship the order to your specific shipping location (remember our quoted per piece price to you is quoted delivered to your door so all freight, duty and customs charges are included in your per piece price with no additional charges). If anywhere along the line we fail you, either there are defective parts or poor quality we will issue credit to you for the defects or we will make the correct parts for you. We guarantee our work 100% that you will be satisfied with our outsourcing services.
We are not your typical importer in that we will also provide you with extended net payment terms which means you will not have to pay for your order until 30 days after you receive it. We will also quote you on our tooling costs for your casting; typical tooling in China is at least 50% less than domestic tooling costs! The tooling that we produce or supply for you is all yours, you will be asked to pay 50% down with your order and we will ask for full payment upon sample approval, if we cannot make your part for whatever reason, we will refund your 50% deposit with no issues, hassles or trouble we are that confident in our suppliers and that they will make your custom steel casting and will meet or exceed your quality standards and design specifications!
