UGS is proud to announce a new service available to our customers that will provide you with a fast and easy way to get your prototype!
Our 3-D printer utilizes a laser beam to cure light sensitive polymers into the shape of your part. This is all within a few thousandths of an inch of your part size. Best of all, the entire process is performed in our Troy, MI office. Highlights include:
- Receiving your 3-D prototypes within 2 - 3 days of submitting computer blueprints
- Saving money and time in product development
- Test form, fit and function with 3-D printed model
- All working models produced in durable ABS plastic
- Standard colors available are white, red, blue, green, gray, yellow and red (other PMS colors available upon request)
- Single piece construction up to 56.3 cu. inches (10x10x10 Printing Window)
- Larger prototype parts can be made in sections - depending on part design - and assembled
- 3-D prototype parts can be used in sales presentations as visual aids
- 3-D samples are excellent masters for vacuum forming
- Standard pricing - $85 per hour (2 hour minimum)

- Simply send files in STL format (i.e. Solidworks, etc.)
